You’ve all been hearing me ask the question “What CAN balance look like for you NOW (not like it did months ago).

So maybe you’re wondering what balance looks like for me A LA REAL LIFE…and I thought I’d share!

????My current favourite meditation spot is on our tiny 4th-floor balcony, right here on this rebounder.

????I seek my bliss between a bucket of sticks & water guns and the compost bin.????



????But If you looked up from the street at 5:45 am this week, you’d see me sitting there, comfily wrapped in a hoodie and blankets in the brisk spring air,

With my journal and a steaming cup of coffee, watching the sunrise over the mountain tops, listening to warblers chirp away.

Perhaps, I’d even have a river of tears pouring down my cheeks, like I did a few mornings ago,

???? So full of gratitude and so moved by having a vision in my meditation of 1000 people opening their hearts to be instruments of peace, calling on Source to let themselves be used for the highest good. ✨????✨


Some ways I practice the three ‘E’s of EASE in order to enjoy balance are:

-In bed 9:30 pm M-Thurs (exclude weekends and a “play” week here or there to watch TV with hubby and share a glass of vino)
-Up at 5:00 am for my morning ritual (yoga, singing, deep meditation or whatever inspires and DAMN GOOD COFFEE)
-Friday is takeout night

-Mon, Wed, Fri are my workdays while hubby schools the kid and Tues, Thurs, Sat are my kid days while hubby nails away at his thesis.
-hired a VA to help since I’m down from 5 days of work to 3
-Time block my workday

✅ TRUST MY EMPATHY (empathic/HSP gifts)
-Keep my head in the vision and soul on fire, I will do my part and allow the Universe to do the heavy lifting (I trust we’ll recoup the 20K of biz revenue that’s in limbo due to COVID #STAYHOME orders)
-calls with friends and connect with peeps where the energy says so
-Creating, so excited about my new upcoming Feeling Abundant(ly) course!

???? Is it all sunshine and rainbows all the time? NO.
???? Is there a little bit of chaos regardless of the ease? YEAH! That’s balance!
???? Was I always this trusting, with life-affirming discipline to :

A) feel guilt-free for not staying up with my husband watching tv late every night
B) Set my alarm for 4:45 am and get up without hitting snooze 10 times
C) Stop trying to control everything
D) Stop needing the rest of the world to be ok so I could be happy without feeling guilty
E) Create opportunities in imperfect environments/conditions

NOPE! I am not a superhuman.

This is the result of building my confidence in who I am, trusting and valuing my empathic powers (which means valuing and putting boundaries and structure in place so my needs can be met), and trusting The Universe.

Once trusting my empathy was in place, then it was easier to care for my energy (with true commitment) and get creative with strategizing HOW I get to care for my energy alongside all the responsibilities of family, business, community, etc.

With a higher energy vibe and deeper faith, I could trust my ideas, lean into my intuition and sacred downloads, create them in real life, and put my life-changing work out into the world! (Otherwise known as manifest the dream).
